Roland Impact Advisors was founded by Amani L. Roland, a senior nonprofit development leader with more than 20 years of experience building fundraising programs from the ground up, securing six- and seven-figure gifts, and serving in executive-level development roles.
Amani brings the rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution — equally comfortable in a board room, in front of a major donor, or deep in a grant proposal. She has led fundraising for organizations ranging from small nonprofits to leading cultural and higher education institutions.
